Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | Someone should jump on this. These are extremely rare and surprisingly (at least to me) nice players. If the neck was replaced it '79, chances are it's going to last a lifetime now. Also it HAS the bridge cover, which let me just say that this is the first time I've seen one in the wild WITH the bridge cover on the guitar.
It's not mine, but if I had a few $'s it would be. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I was in Portland this weekend and would have picked it up for you, AJ, if I had known. I also saw a very poor CL ad for an Ovation bass in Vancouver, Washington for $100. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Dumb question, but what is "fretless" about this? Doesn't fretless mean no frets, like a true standup bass (cello, viola, violin, etc.)? |

Location: Phoenix AZ | This model has no frets, but it has flush fret "lines". I have the earlier generation model and they are really fun to play. Smooooth jazz. |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | Even in person it's hard to tell LOL.. They are actually inlays below the finish so unless you are close.. they look like frets.. |
