It's OK, Trey Parker & Matt Stone killed off Chef in season 10, so there's no need to worry about finding a replacement.

There is also a brilliant documentary that makes the rounds of PBS networks called "Respect Yourself: The Stax Records Story".

Among many others, a real insight into Isaac's successes behind the scenes prior to becoming a superstar in his own right.

Highly recommended if it pops up on your local station.

I just heard an interview with him on NPR from a few years back...
As a session musician he got to play with a lot of Great Musicians. And he seemed to have real insight into song/music composition. Plus he played many instruments.
They played a bunch of his more obscure music that was alot better than the stuff he was famous for.
He put his own spin on alot of different styles of music.
They played his rendition of "By The Time I Get To Phoenix" and it was really cool.
Seemed like he woulda been an interesting dude to meet.
