Location: Lakewood, Ohio | Have a 1999 Elite Standard, 6868, orange to red edge sunburst, reminds me of a Cherry Sunburst Gibson Les Paul. None of the Ovation Company website's colors are an exact match. Closest match is the flame sunburst but mine has no flame. Any ideas what "official" color it might be? |

Or, you can look on Jerome's Ovation Color Page Here" target="_blank" title="http://www.ovationtribute.com/Ovation%20&%20Adamas%20Colors/Ovation%20Colors/Ovation%27s%20Colors.html]Here">http://www.ovationtribute.com/Ovation%20&%20Adamas%20Colors/Ovation... |

Location: Lakewood, Ohio | The New England Burst or the Red Tear Drop were my first guesses, but on the Ovation website, the Vintage Flame is the closest, but mine has no flame. The orange center on mine is more faded than a new England Burst. I wonder if I contact Ovation with the serial number can they i.d. the exact color. Fender can do that, and they have a 1-800 number to boot! Found out my Candy Apple Blue Strat was actually Ocean Turquoise. |
