| Heya I found this forum searching for some answers about an Ovation Celebrity I came across. It is a CC57 model with a snakeskin design. I havent been able to find anything anywhere on the net. Help?!?!?! Thanksya |

A few guitars were made in the late '80's and early '90's with Snakeskin tops. The ones I have seen were Ultra models. I seem to remember something about a snakeskin finish Thunderbolt.... That yours, Stephen? |

Some Celebrity from the 80's and 90's were available with a snakeskin design.
It's not the same design as for the thunderbolt.
This one from 1992 was sold last year on Ebay:

I don't remember the price.
Maybe is it your guitar??
The same design was used on some Applause GTX Solidbodies in the late 80's:
