Hi,
I need some info on my Ovation guitar year of manufacture and most importantly is that the equalizer is not working and idea as to what the problem could be??
The battery is new, the volume control and the pre-shape affect the sound quality and depressing the Eq-status drops the sound but then no amount of fiddling with the bass, mid, and treble equalizers changes the tone.

I just bought the guitar its a 1711-DES, Desert Balladeer made in USA, but i couldnt find and info about it anywhere....any help??
