I want to thank Paul Moody and his lovely wife for the great time this evening.

Enjoyed the time with Paul, Bill, Al, Cliff, Paul Templeton, Michael, Bruce (BruceDev), Bruce (Noah), Fred, Stonebobbo, Dave Witko, and others...especially the wives (the better half) that came even knowing we would talk and play guitars. Hadn't had an opportunity to meet most of the guys.

Paul Templeton is representing the Woodies G Band at NAMM...watched his demonstration at least 3 or 4 times, again demonstrated it at the party. Used Michael's "book" Viper - WOW. It is either a single or two-string capo...check out web page

Even got a chance to talk to Kim on the phone...would have been great to have him there and at NAMM. Wanted to meet him and thank him for all the help he has been.

Damn.....I was going to call Paul's house last night and play some uke over the phone but I left his phone number at work.
Everyone okay today??? Did the night write a check that the morning couldn't cash? ;)

This almost makes me wish I lived in SoCal... but not quite.

Brad, After reading narrations of other OFC get-togethers, I had no idea what to expect...
The Sheriff's car in the cul-de-sac when I drove up at 6 pm turned out to be an unrelated problem at one of the neighbors.

It was an enjoyable evening featuring the Moodys' hospitality, nice people, music and guitars.

It was nice to finally meet some of the guys. Except for PM, everyone looks younger than their pictures.

Paul, Thank you again and please pass on my gratitude to Jerrie.

So does that mean Paul looks older than his pictures or just that his pictures are accurate? Don't be so subtle, Bruce.
I wish I could have joined you. Some day I hope to retire before I die, so I have time to do some of those fun things.

Same here, Mark. Problem here is that accountants don't retire...they just depreciate until they're worthless...(oops, sorry, that just slipped out).

Well, I have to admit that I am jealous. Maybe when we have that SW OFC meeting in Phoenix I will get to meet all my friends.

Did anyone take pictures of the get together at Paul's house? If so, please post them.
