Some of you asked to see what a "decorated" bandroom looks like . . . I just posted pictures of my collection and bandroom on the gallery. I only have 21 guitars and 8 amps appearing in the pixs, but I think I take the prize on the remaining junk.

GOOD LORD!!!!

Mighty impressive, Prof! That's my kind of play room. I like your idea of using books as decor... Very cool. Thanks for sharing. I now have serious room envy!

WOW!

That bandrooom is more impressive than GC's flagship store in mid-town NYC.

Hey Professor, are you anywhere near Summit County? I'll be out there in Feb. I'd love to have a tour.

Last year I was drooling over pictures in a trophy room contest and a garage contest. I think you might have outdone any of those guys. You might even have more valuables than the guys with a bunch of Ferraris and Porsches in their garages.
Quite a show. I almost regret baiting you into posting pics. They gave me a GAS attack.

Nobody dusts. We just crank up the amps a bit and the dust vibrates off. Underneath everything is 1/2 inch of sound insulation material, then on top of that is a layer of sound-absorption carpeting. It muffles the sound going upstairs just a little.

MWoody, my wife doesns't understand either, but the room has so much stuff that she has lost track. I bring in new stuff, rearrange a few things, and all is well and she doesn't have a clue. Besides, she has her own crap that she sneaks in when I'm not looking, so we have this unwritten no-ask-no-tell nondisclosure rule.

Thanks for your comments.

Can you send me a copy of that rule, so I can try to get her to sign it? I still can't get her to sign the, "You need to branch out into other brands" statement, but I have 2 witnesses. I'm also working on the "more guitars are inevitable" statement she let slip a few weeks ago. My daughter was the only witness to that one, but she's hesitant about being part of the conspiracy.

Stephen, nobody cares if they're real. Don't burst the bubble. Between the two of you in Colorado, the guitar world should start spinning on a different axis.

Exactly what the &%*# is going on in CO?!?! It's just not fair I tell you. Signed statements or not, you and T28 are gonna make me rent the big UHaul and make a midnight run for both your places. And I gotta tell you, there's a whole bunch o' OFC guys between here and there that'll be with me when I get there. What I gotta figure out yet is how to take the room with us seein' that it's a basement and all but THAT AIN'T STOPPIN' ME!!

And one last note - the women and children are safe. We're not really bad guys...

I was thinking about driving the Boxster down tonight, but I couldn't fit enough guitars that I steal in it.
