All of the Pinnacles I have seen have the FET-3 preamp, which outwardly looks like the OP-24. The concentric control was standard for the Ultra models, and the odd finishes were not unusual on an Ultra. It simply makes me wonder if it IS a Pinnacle. One would think the seller read what is on the label, so -- assuming that it is the model advertised -- it is an unusual specimen. In more ways than one.
