Just received it from Netflix today, the 1979 concert at the Royal Albert Hall, featuring Paco DeLucia, John McLaughlin and Larry Coryell. Fabulous guitar playing from these masters. What's impressive is that throughout the concert McLaughlin, plays a deep bowl (there wasn't any other kind back then) Legend, and Coryell, plays a CL 1619. Seeing this concert re-enforces my belief that Ovations were made to be played, above the 3rd fret.

You been getting uppity, lately. I won't have it. I have half a mind to draw a moustache on that 1537 you sleep with at night.

Maybe the 1537 is what did it. Seems like all I did before I got one was whine about not having one.

I think I'll just whine about not having a U681T until someone sells me his.
I just did the same thing as Stephen by asking a guy who just listed a CL on ebay whether the top had cracks. Then I looked up and read where he said it had 4 cracks.

WOW!! I watched about 20 minutes of this. All I can say is WOW!! I basically use my guitar to play some songs and to unwind after a long day. I can't wait to finish watching this tonight.
Thank you Tommy for the recommendation.
