Location: Le Havre (France) | Hello everyone,
I recently bought an Adamas (from 1993) on ebay.
The seller told me it was brand new (never sold) so it should come with the full lifetime warranty.
I received the guitar (which is brand new) a few days ago but there was no warranty card in the case. There was only an invoice (seller is a german shop).
Could I register the guitar in order to get the warranty ?
And if yes, how can I do it ?
Thank's for your help ! |

The regristration form is here:
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Unfortunately, this one is only for USA and Canada.
You must contact the seller in Germany.

Thank you for your answers.
I contacted the seller but no answer for more than one week...
How do you know if a seller is an authorized dealer ?
Thank's again. |

:)
I've just received an answer from the seller. It is an authorized Ovation's dealer. But he missed the warranty card.
So I've got an authorized dealer, an invoice, and now ?
I'm not living in USA nor Canada...
Did anybody have the same problem ?
Thank's ! |

I sent an email to the adress you gave me.
Someone very kind answered me and gave me all the information I needed !
For Europe, you don't need to fullfill a warranty card, the invoice from an authorized dealer is enough.
Thank's again to peopple who helped me ! |
