I just bought a used O case and I need to replace the handle and some of the black tape. Does anyone have this stuff laying around? Or do I need to contact the big "O" in the sky.

| I've got an old brown case, too, with the tape pulling loose at the inside angles. It looks suspiciously like old fashioned fabric electrician's tape, which, of course, I haven't seen in decades.
I wonder if fabrics stores might have a fabric tape with adhesive... for what purpose I can't guess.
Auto parts shop? Upholsterer? |

Location: Illinois | Generally speaking, guitar makers don't get into the business of making cases. Therefore, they probably won't have case parts. Yahoo suitcase or luggage hardware and you should be able to find a style that will work for you. Either a complete replacement which you pop-rivet to the case, after removing the old or if the mounting points are good there are buckle on handles that have what look like little belts on either end. |
