I just got my 5778-4ES w/ the OP-X preamp. What does the Notch button and dial do? Forgive my ignorant guestion.

Location: Upper Left USA		The notch allows you and the Bass Player to remain friends!


Turn it to find the frequency that is causing the feedback and it will prevent it to some extent.
