Well, if you remember the unbelievable pictures that ProfessorBB posted a few weeks or so back.....(due to the still uncomplete system upgrade you will have to refresh your memory by going to the Professor's OFC gallery and look at the Bandroom)

I have to say that it is even more impressive up close and real. I still an wearing sunglasses from the brilliant glare of all the incredible neon signs :D .

Anyway.....lots of fun and I was totally bummed that my left hand is messed up so I am only barely able to strum a barr chord......but that did not stop me from sampling a tremendous amount of awesome guitars of every size, shape and manufacturer!

The Professor is a great guy with a full head of hair (something I am totally jealous of :( ) and has some amazing stories of growing up in California.

However, he is in dire need of some Adamas time with a U681T, a 1581 reissue or a 1681 and 1688. Next time I am over there, I am going to bring a few juicy axes for him to play with and start up a whole new case of GAS!.....and hopefully my hand will be recovered enought that we can actually jam a bit! :)

Oh yeah.....Prof....in case you read this before I get to call you, I put my chewing gum on the ovation case while we were eating the cake and I am pretty sure I forgot to pick it up before I left.....so my apoligies but be very very careful when walking around your kitchen because I think it might be lying on the floor somewhere and I would really hate for the misses to step on it and then bar me from every returning  ....no really.....I am dead serious!

Geez, Stephen. Good think you don't have hair or you'd get gum stuck in it. I was very careful not to spill my drink when I was at Dave's house. Good to be back home where I can be a slob.

No problem, Stephen. Glad for the company. Somehow, the gum made its way to the Bandmaster between the head and speaker cabinet. Now I don't need to bother looking for another head screw. Actually, the grandkids were over yesterday and since it is nowhere to be found, I have to presume one of them found it. We need to do this again, sans the gum.

No worries, Stephen. By the time you go back, they'll probably be done with it and gladly give it back.
