Folklore is a Steel string....
They look similar but that is all.... different bracing
The 6774 Folklore is a nice guitar, but not my favorite. Bit too jangly, acoustically ... but, plays very nicely and plugged in it's great.
The LX version could be VERY COOL, but I have not played one to date |

Location: Phoenix AZ | First generation 1x14 & 1x24: Folklore 12 frets deep bowl steel string, Country Artist 14 frets artist bowl flat fingerboard nylon string.
Second genration 6773 & 6774: Both 14 frets mid depth bowl, Folklore steel string, Country Artist nylon string and flat fingerboard.
Third generation LX: Both 14 frets, LX bowls and necks, both narrower 1-3/4 nuts (1st and 2nd generation were 1-7/8). Folklore steel string, Artist nylon string and flat fingerboard.
My personal favorite is the 12 fret Classic LX.

I have been looking at the 6773 on Ebay. 6773 - I wish I could have bought yours, but I would be divorced for sure. I LOVE the 2079LX you sold me. Awesome! She's too good for me but I keep practicing.
I had never owned a nylon string guitar until I got lucky last month on Flea-bay. After I play the LX for awhile I just have to pull out the 1624. I really like them both. If I go for this guitar, I have to sell the 1624. I am torn.
HELP!!! I do like the wood rosette. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | What Dave said. Folklore is my favorite, but a part of that is I paid about the same for both, but the Folklore is in almost mint condition while the CA is pretty rough. |
