Location: Tampa, FL | I was at an outdoor event this weekend where a guy was doing a solo gig. He had this thing he called a harmonizer that impressed the heck outa me. Well, anyways... he takes a break and during the break, a gust of wind blows his guitar over and he ended up with a break almost identical to the one in this auction. Really sad since it was his 'A' guitar (a woodbox but that didn't mediate the effect of the disaster). I went over and talked to him for a while. He was in disbelief. Kept saying over and over, "I never thought that might happen." You knew from the sound, that something really bad happen when it fell. I could just imagine this happening to one of my O's. |
