So, i have bought all my O's used. I never had a truss rod wrench in the lot of them. And one time while i was checking out the shims on my '95 Collector, i busted one of those black saddle pins that sit on either side of the saddle.
I gleaned Kim Keller's email from a post here not too long ago. I emailed Kim about not having a wrench, and that i needed one of those pins -- maybe a couple extra just in case i break another one.
Kim emails me back within a day and put's a wrench and some pins in the post. Delivered, within the week!
Just freaking awesome. Hell, my pharmacy, that has my health in it's hands can't match this type of responsiveness. Very impressive.

Cudos to Kim, John, and all of the great guys and gals at the factory. |

Cudos to Kim, John, and all of the great guys and gals at the factory. Ditto!
Apologies to Tony for slightly editing his comment to make it more applicable for me. :) |
