Just got in the 1658 Custom Legend 12-string (slothead) from Zorjon - Suzie agreed that it counted for my birthday next week.

Will post some pictures when I get time. Unusual about this one - standard finish was the natural or dark sunburst, this one has a brownish orange finish...absolutely stunning.

As to slotheads, there are nylon and steel, 6-string and 12-strings, acoustic and a/e, new and used.

In reply to Stephen's post, $10,000 for some Adamas slotheads would be low.

Go for a Country Artist or Classic in the $300 to $400 range. Anything less than that in good condition would be a great deal. I played both of mine last night and there is a major difference in sound between the 2. The neck width and length is also different.

Go for a Country Artist, slighly narrower neck than a classical, mid bowl produces a nice sound for a nylon string. You can expect to pay around $400 for one in good condition. They come on up ebay often.
