I saw this software at Circuit city Sony Acid Music Studio. Could I take the aux. out of my Fender amp and plug into my computer to record a CD in wav. format. Thanks Pauly

Windows has a built in "recorder" that if you are just making a one-pass, play it and save it... might just work fine.

Pretty sure it's available for PC. I know there are versions for Mac and Linux. I'm currently using a new Mac, and it came with a program called GarageBand. I haven't used it yet, but i've heard that it is easy to use.

You should be able to use either on a PC if you have a line in, or mic in on your soundcard (almost a given unless your PC is more than 10 years old or you built it yourself). Download both, see which you feel most comfortable with. Feel free to pm me if you have trouble, I'll try to help you figure it out.

As for whether or not it will work, I record with it all the time. It'll work. You can also multitrack with it pretty easily.
