I thought you had to freeze them before they died otherwise there's no hope for them..... Oh wait, he said they're on a banjo... too late. :(

Thanks all for the warm and entertaining welcome. I'm not running anywhere, Glenn.
Since I got the LX, I haven't been able to put it down. It is a wonderful instrument with a warm, pleasing tone. And judging from the welcome I've received here, the warmth of the LX ranks second only to Ovation fans!

i never relized how heavy a banjo was till i picked one up today at the guitar room..those bastards with the maple resonator are heavy as i dont know what..kinda wrenched my back..jason
