Hi Guys,
I've got an issue for sure with my 1773LX nylon!
All stringsets highlight a big difference in sound brilliance between 3rd and 4th string (G and D): when you play going from metal covered to naked nylon (from D to G) there is a deep gap in terms of clearness.
It happens playing acoustic: of course when you amplify, you can equalize - but come on...
I could only find a compromize, using Normal Tension for Metal covered Strings and Hard Tension(or very hard, depending on the brand) on nylon ones: in such case, the difference is not that big anymore.
Any owner of Classical testifying his experience?
Any solutions from anybody else?
