I know this sounds silly, but I would appreciate some help here. I've just collected my 1984 Collector's from the Post Office today. Wow! What an amazing guitar! Sound and action are outstanding!

I normally remove the strings on any guitar I buy, and replace with my favourite D'Addario 12s. But the strings already fitted are in good shape and sound excellent. These all have black metal ball ends, unlike the multi-coloured D'Addarios. I'm loath to change anything about the setup, because the action is excellent. So, if I can identify these strings, I'll get more of them. Any ideas?

Play them till they're dead and then deal with it. Nice guitar, by the way.

Easist way to find out is to just email the seller and ask him what brand strings he put on the '84.
