Random quote: “Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.” -Plato

Well I brike down and got my second Ovation. My first one was a Legend that I gave to my son. I just bought a 6756LX and LOVE IT !! I also own a Epiphone Les Paul Classic. I have had several other guitars but they don't count because they were junk.

I too must confess that I love Alaska. I stayed in Soldotna and fished with an outfit called Johnson Bros. Ate halibut for 2 years.

Welcome and congrats on the new Ovation. Sorry you don't like the Martins and Taylors.

I lived in Inuvik and Tuktoyuktuk NWT - use to fly in to Fairbanks Alaska for the occassional taste of civilization! None of which you will find on this board! Welcome to the madness!!

I too will end up in Alaska again someday.

Spent a couple of years stationed out on Adak with a few visits to Anchorage. I've been wanting to go back ever since. When we are done with civilization, the whistle stop will find us our next home.

Some of us are waiting for civilization to find us. Keep hiding.
