I just heard from someone that Paypal has an offer to sellers that allows them to offer free shipping and get reimbursed by paypal? I'm sure there are strings, but I thought I'd throw it out there for sellers to look at. P.s. I'm not a seller.

I was changing a credit card yesterday on my paypal account -- I am a buyer -- and I saw something that looked like it, but you have to sign up for it. You may want to check the paypal site.
