My hats off to you as well Dave for doing a great thing this Thanksgiving!

Just like Jason, I too was in a similar situation many years ago where I once found myself lining up for food stamps. Now that I'm in a more comfortable living position, although far from perfect, I don't forget where/what I once was.

By the way, what happened to that Ultra GS you bid on. I thought I'd sneak up on it.
I got outbid at the very end, on a busy work day when I didn't have time to stop. I wasn't too serious on it, just curious, and at that price...

Oh, and for the record, I'm far from skinny. NOT a thin, "in-shape" guy approaching thirty...more of a average height, average build with a bit more than average gut fluctuation...

Honestly, I haven't found an Ovation bowl I don't like...just different. The contour on the 12-string is awesome, but I don't really care for it on the 2005's I've played. I like playing the shallows on stage, (not from gut interference, by the way) but overall I think the mid-bowl is still my personal favorite overall.

Got to go sleep off the turkey now...I may change my mind about the reason for the contour tomorrow...
