Heading to Sunny California for NAMM Winter 2002 . Hope to see a few Ovation Fans!!! Maybe we can get Al to post a review of new gear from Ovation cause I hear rumour that he is attending also.

I have some pics of the 2002 Collectors and the Custom Legend in the Flag finish. I'll post 'em up when I get a few minutes to upload them to an image server. Any ideas?

Yo,
Hey peps this is Junkee from the HFC just joined this little party.
Nice work.
Long time Ovation player and this is a cool thing you've done.
For the record I have a `87 Custom Balladeer that's survived everything from jammin' with Slash to 3 world tours...I still love it. It's my main steel string.
Also I've got a smokin Ovation Mandolin that was an Ovie Rep's and he gave me a killer deal and I love that oh so much.

Guess that's it for now see ya later!

Hi Matt,

It's great to run into you here. I wanted to sincerely compliment you on your "Chop Shop" book. Having looked over many different guitar instruction books, I can honestly say that you explain music theory very clearly (it has helped me a lot) and make it fun. In fact, U have not seen any book do a better job. I look forward to becoming a better guitarist and a better *musician* thanks to your teahcing.

Best Regards,
Marcus

Hey Alpep,
Yes we will meet sometime.
I have used the Mandolin tru everything, wahs, delays, Whammy Pedals, and everything in between.
I'm amazed at how well it handles itself!

I also have on a semi-permanent loan, from a cousin, a white AV Ovie 12-string. I don't use it must as it's very neck heavy. Any info on these?
I don't know anything about it.

I used the Balladeer on some sessions this week as a matter of fact.

Matt Smith...how are you?
I don't know if you remember me? Junkee(Kevin) from the HFC.
We were talkin Hamers and shop in general.
I'd like to talk with you more about someone you wanted me to meet.
I'll try to track you down via your site. Or if you feel like it feel free to email me at ToneJunkee@aol.com
