Location: CT		I have an Ovation Medallion guitar with aluminum fret board and cannot find any info anywhere on this model. The serial # is 054477. What is this and when was it made? :confused:

Location: 6 String Ranch		Made in Moosup Connecticut.

the medallion was later changed to the Matrix because some dealer in Michigan had previous rights to the name. that way we could keep the same styled M in the name
