Tomorrow night I get to go to the Matt Smith shop in Aberdeen Washington. Went to one two years ago. WOW! Mainly I go so I can drool on the guitars.... Store manager made me promise to bring a drool rag this time.... Last time I got to play an Adamas for the first time... and ended up buying an Elite Special.... my wife doesn't think I should go..... she doesn't seem to understand that you can never have too many guitars.....

Wives never understand that you never have enough guitars.

I'm sorry, is this to imply that some people do think that it's possible to have enough guitars?

After I buy another guitar, I tell my wife that I have everything I could ever want, and she rolls her eyes and says "Yeah, sure, uh-huh". It's great to be married to somebody who knows me so well.

The chop shop was great. Matt was great. HEY, AL! Matt says "Hey." Some 16 year old kid just getting started on guitar won himself a Balladeer. Very cool. Kid had Matt autograph the headstock. Very Cool.

When I grow up I wanna play guitar like Matt. .... hmmm will the universe last that long, I wonder?
