 YEE HAAA!!!! My new baby is here. Came home for lunch an she was waiting!! I JUST LOVE THIS GUITAR. It sounds great plugged in to my Fender blues jr. The Pewter finish is drop dead the neck has a great feel and the finger board is nice I love it, the acustic sound is nice and full. the action is perfect for me. The hole feel of this guitar is one that I have never had with any other. I think it is from the finish it has a ruffness to it and goes all over the body should stay clean easy. The new OP-30 looks like its out of the future! Have been playing around with it and that has been a blast just in it self all kinds of sounds!! The head has the logo in gold with a stip of gold above the rest in black. The back of the neck is a blond color the over all look is just for me, as for the sound that comes out{for what littel I know} is just beatufull. So far the only thing I can see is one very small chip on one of the side marks, looks like the tool jumped a bit no big deal just gives her some charater. As for any buzzing the A string will do it low on the neck when un pluged after a few trys it seems to be geting better I think I might have been hiting it to hard no big deal to me, will keep an eye on it. Any way I have been away from her to long have to go check on my new baby :D

It's definately a beautiful guitar. The lack of setting-up (along with my playing style) gave me all sorts of buzzes, but that'll all be sorted out soon. The finish texture and unsmudgableness is great! ;) The sound is very unique as well! I have some chips along the side fret markers, but that's no big deal at all. Very nice guitar!!

Sounds like both of you like this new guitar. I think the factory should do something for you for jumping right in there and putting your money on the line. Give you some Ovation award to put on your case or something. It sounds like you got your moneys worth, and your good review sure makes me want to find one somewhere and check it out.
