i've been debating if I should get myself a CC026 for Christmas. Music123 has what seems to be a pretty good deal for it at $299 with an OHSC and free shipping.

What do you folks think of this guitar? Is this a good deal?

What does the group think about a new CC026 vs an older Balladeer. Seems like for not much more, the Balladeer's can be found on Ebay but then you loose the warranty.

I'd personally go with the older Baladeer, maybe something from the early 90's. Better wood in the face, a USA built guitar. The Celeb warranty is limited any way. I've got Ovations that are up to 25 years old that haven't needed any work. Don't get hung up with the warrenty.

Anybody else got an opinion?
