I am the new owner of an ovation guitar. It is beautiful, plays beautiful, and sounds beautiful. However, I have a problem . . .
The label is not with the guitar! The serial number indicates it was built in 1997 in New Haven, it has no electronics, it has ping tuners, it is cadillac greenburst, it has a black neck, no cutaway.
I emailed the company, they want pictures before rendering an opinion. I thought the serial number would suffice, but no.
My research from the internet leads me to think it is a model 1117 Legend.
What does anyone else think? |
