Newer O's & A's come equipped with strap buttons for Dunlops or Schallers? I want to retrofit my older ones with the same buttons as my 08C.

Dunlop.... And I think that it is damn considerate of them to do that, too!

Thanks OMA. I agree, it's a major perk that doesn't get mentioned.

I agree - it is a nice perk. It would be good if they included the other half. I have a few 1/2 sets of strap locks laying around.

And you cannot just buy half of the kit... I know, I've tried.

I wanted the buttons (the guitar half) but the music store guy only had the kit.

Note to Mother:

Include a set of the other half, complete with Ovation Logo with each guitar.

Thank me later.

Buying the full kit is a two-for-one deal for most of us I think.

You put the strap part on your favorite strap, then the extra buttons on the guitar, and you know you have one, that doesn't have Strap Locks already.

Just buy another Ovation without straplocks (in my case my 1537) and put them on it. Then use the same strap for both guitars. Works like a charm.
