I was wondering about the Factory tour. Are we going to receive a schedule? I see that there a lot of openings left is there a minimum amount of people we have to have for the tour?

Thanks
Brian

We will have a better idea of the schedule as we approach early February. There is no minimum, and I think people were waiting until after the holidays and as it gets closer before making arrangements. If anyone is knows they are attending, please sign up. We really need to lock in a head count soon.

Maybe Miles and I can get Rick Hall to take us out to lunch at the Namm show and we can finalize some of the stuff for the day??????

I have some ideas but I want to run them by Rick before I say anything here.

I just reviewed the list of folks who signed up. What we lack in numbers we gain in DISTANCE.

Folks from the UK, TX, AZ, CA, FL, and Hawaii

If I skipped any long distance states/fans forgive me, I was just browsing the list making sure all was working properly, and noticed the above. IMPRESSIVE!!

With folks from Hawaii, Florida, Texas, Jersey, New York and Connecticut in the same room I guess we'll have to hire some translators.

Friday March 28th 2003.
All the sign up information is under links. There is NO cost except you will need to provide your transporatation there and hotel accomodations.

While I was at Namm I spoke at length to Rick Hall about the days program. As soon as I get e mail verification back from Rick I will be able to lay out what we expect for the day. I did include a factory tour, round table discussion, product demonstrations, the possibility of an OFC guitar, a chop shop presentation by Matt Smith and a jam. Now please all of this is UNCONFIRMED so wait until the official announcement and then you will have the official word.

I remember some talk about possible discounts on the hotel reservations. Has there been any word on that? I'm interested in the convention but would like to know how many nights I can afford.

I am waiting to hear back from Rick Hall for some details but most likely we will use the Ramada in Windsor Locks on Ella Grasso Parkway. Last time I stayed there it was about $75 including breakfast. The rooms are clean and near the airport.

I've registered for the tour, but haven't been able to determine if I will be permitted to bring one of my kids or wife. Is there a family plan?

hmmm I was thinking maybe about bringing one of my wives or ....LOL just kidding.

I see no problem with bringing wives or kids I will have to get miles to alter the registration form. As long as if is a family member I have see no problem with it.
