The Tailpiece is non-original but check out the Thunderhead-style bound neck, with dot rather than diamond inlays. Every Tornado I've seen has had an unbound neck. I can't recall that shape pickguard on a Tornado either |

Location: SoCal | From the serial number, that's an early Tornado, from about 1968. The pickguard is just like the one on my Thead. But you're right, I too have never seen a bound Tornado neck. |
