Location: Indiana | My son sent a celebrity cc257 to ovation for a headstock repair 6 weeks ago and we cant seem to find out any status on the repair, I realize the major problem is with the dealer that sent it in (we cant even get the rma #)but phone calls and emails have come up empty,now they say everyone's at namm and cant get an email answer before jan 22,seems like poor customer service. |

| I am curious, I thought that Ovation New Hartford declines korean repairs. except in certain circumstances. That would ruin the maytag way. LOL really curious. |

Location: Indiana | well after more phone calls and more run around you are right,so I don't know who has it, the music store tech said Kaman Corp. so I assumed New Hartford, supposed to hear more tomorrow. |
