HI
I just received my new 1863 Ovation
(nylon string, wide neck) and it is all I wanted, but, the 2nd - B string - "slaps" against the neck during normal playing.

I keep it at concert pitch, and have replaced the strings with D'Addario Pro Arte classical strings, and the same thing happens.

What should I do first ? Fiddle with the neck adjustment (probably not advisable) or put a shim under the removable white plastic bridge?
Or what ?

Putting a strip of paper under the B string would lift it, but there goes the tone, I assume.

Thanks for any help or suggestions

Felix
