Location: Zion, Illinois | A few years ago my wife visitied Cebu in the Phillippines. She said that they build great guitars. But because she doen't know much about guitars, what she ended up buying was nothing more that a plywood wall decoration.
This is probably what she should have bought...

Location: SoCAL | I like the wood back on that guitar, though it looks to shallow for me.
Neverthless it's a nice looking guitar, I wonder how it plays.

That was a great story, American instrumet makers went through that same experience in the 1930's and 40's and also quit for a lack of a financial future. If we want craftmanship we should pay for it. That wood guitar is a beautiful work of art. |
