All this shallow bowl-deep bowl debate has left me with a question. Did Ovation ever experiement in their past with a "Mega-bowl" so to speak? If so, what kind of results did they acheive?

Just curious.

Jeez, what was it tuned to?! Did the peghead have turn signals and proximity alarms?

That would make a great Keyboard stand in a lounge.. Load up a Kurzweil or Korg onto it, have folks stand around like the ol'time lounge bar scene... too kewl..

Actually, we did make some Legends, or maybe it was custom legends. They were an inch deeper. We made them for that famous guy from New Jersey, Al something. Pepiack maybe, or is it demiola, I get the two confused. Last I knew he had them. That he never used them live should tell the story

Whoever reads this DON'T tell Nawlins Paul, he'll go crazy wanting one.

Bill, I would have loved to play one of those "mega-deep" bowl Ovations. Was there any thought of making them a production model. And where can I get one of those Ovation desks like Cliff showed. That is cool!...Paul Hebert

Would this special desk happen to be in one of the Ovation Factory offices? Of course, had I made the tour, I might already know the answer to this one. :( I wonder how this desk would work as a computer desk...

THERE IT IS, the 2004 collector's edition, I just knew they were secretly working on it. They are camoflaging it like the car manufacturers do when they test them out.
