No, the 1113/1613 Classic had the longer scale, the 1124/1624 County Artist & 1116/1616 Concert Classic were 25.25inches. He also says it has no pickup and controls which it clearly has.

This guitar is dodgy, it's had a poor refinish (it was originaly natural -4) the rosette appears to be the smaller Celeb or Matrix type & someone has (badly) re-profiled the top of the headstock. I'd steer clear.
