Pacemakers are good 12s.

I would think $199 was reasonable for one in excellent shape but I defer to the Pacemaker authorities that hang out here.

If you only have $198 or less, then yes, $199 is too much.

Less than I paid (with Euro conversion), and looks in better nick but check if there are cracks at the headstock.

It appears to be a 1115 Pacemaker. It's easily worth $199 in good condition. Check that the neck is not twisted/warped before parting with your money, though. Old 12-strings tend to develop that over time, if they are stored with the strings up to pitch.
