Location: Michigan | After lots of hassle, numerous phone calls back & forth and each time they really wanted to refund my money. But I wasn't going to let them out of it. Not when their mistake cost them money :)
When the ad was supposed to state FRG & it didn't, they didn't have another one, then offered to substitute any other model for cost I said 2771LX, same guitar with contour then a call back & that one was no good, then I suggested a couple other models & they weren't availible.
Then I get onther call & one of their other stores had a 1771LX natural finish. By then I was starting to wear down & said fine, and it was an "A" guitar. Well it arrived today, in a Ovation box, all is good. I'll have to restring it.
Don't think I'll keep it, don't need 2 of the same models. I really like the 2006 CCB I got a few weeks ago from Elderly even though I paid more for it than this one. Maybe I can provide someone with a decent guitar that will use it and appreciate it for a little over what I paid for my aggrevation. I'll think about it over the weekend while I think about what kind of feedback I'm going to leave the seller :D

Looks like it rained on your box... |
