Location: Seattle | Last week I helped a friend go through her late husband's musical inventory. One of the pieces was an Ovation 1777-4GC (for Guitar Center) acoustic/electric. Ovation describes the stock 1777 as having a medium bowl but this one looked to be deeper than that. I measured the circumference at the deepest part with a cloth tape measure and now need someone to do the same on their deep or medium bowl so that I can accurately describe this guitar when the estate's instruments are put on sale. The instrument is now in storage. Thanks in advance. |

Location: New York, NY | Check the Ovation catalogue online. It has specs on deep, mid-depth, and super-shallow bowl guitars.
