Location: SoCal | Ebay can be a funny place. I bought my Preacher 12 (identical to the one on auction now) a year ago for $600. When I saw yours sell, it was a bit of a bummer, but with the one up now, I feel much better.
Lesson: If you watch ebay to determine prices, don't just look at one auction. Look at a number of them.
Also, buy a guitar because you really love it and are going to keep it. Then don't worry about the market. |

That would be a perfect partner to my Viper in finish color and the abalone matches my Yamaki acoustic. The price matches my next 3 months of groceries and rent. You guys just love to rub it in to us 12 string junkies. My feeling is there should be a government supplied methadone 12 string to relieve our addiction and it should be taken from those who inflame our addiction in cases like this. That is a beautiful guitar and probably worth what is being bid.
