The "2-point" body style was quite common on mandolins during the boom of the 20's and was used by numerous manufacturers including Washburn, Martin & The Larsons and there were tons of cheap mandos made in this stlye by Harmony & Regal. I had a Harmony-built Silvertone which was very similar. This Aria looks a little like a late-50's Gibson A-5, which are not highly regarded by players or collectors. Aria have made some decent mandolins but it looks like he wants way too much for this one.
