Location: SoCal | Still have one of the original "Ping" putters. Yes, a "ping" when you strike the ball. How about a hollow cavity putter that emits middle C or a G when struck properly; a sharp or flat when struck out of center?
Obsurd? Maybe. But take a look at the "strange" putters out there now. |

Location: Tennessee | Oh, great. It's not bad enough that my guitar emits off-key notes, now the discordance will chase me all over the golf course. The neighborhood animals start yowling after 10 minutes on the guitar... now they'll have to endure me for 4 hours. |

Location: Las Cruces, NM | Admit it CWK-2, you are developing a putter with a round back and an Adamas type face. You golfers will sell your soul to make a putt. I'm warning all here to not be to shocked when you see that putter with an OVATION HEAD GRIP.

Location: 6 String Ranch | actually we made one out of a thunderbolt peghead. It was too light and needed more mass. Maybe one like a National, all metal........ |

Location: SoCal | Nothing wrong with using old stock...there's an extensive article in the "San Diego Union-Tribune" 10/13/03 - about the upcoming Dweezil and Lisa show on Food Network. Yes, Dweezil Zappa and Lisa Loeb. Picture of Bob Taylor and Dweezil checking their cedar-plank salmon. Gave credit to Taylor for instructing in gourmet camp cooking. Article states Taylor brought the cedar - "cedar guitar parts salvaged from his very own guitar factory." Not all gourmet, Bob Taylor was showing all how to make shovel burgers and pitchfork hot dogs. Should be an interesting segment in the near future. |

According to the article, Bob Taylor caught the salmon himself...this was in San Diego so probably frozen. |
