Don't Elites have the 5-piece neck? This one doesn't. It may be a Celibacy.

The shape of the bridge, headstock & fingerboard extension, and the position of the tuning machines are slightly different to the USA guitars & indicate that this is a Korean-made Celebrity Deluxe. I don't know enough about the imports to specify the exact model number.

I don't know if it matters, but it has a OP-24+ Preamp. And I live in Finland, so I don't think it's a US model.

Isn't there any kind of a label (inside the sound holes) that says either "Celebrity" or "made in New Hartford, CT"?

Is the word "Korea" stamped on the back of the headstock?

On some of the korean imports there's no clue that they are made in korea except for a sticker affixed to the back of the headstock. People usually peel them off. They will also peel off the label inside the guitar. That makes it difficult to track down where it came from.

You don't need a label to tell where the guitar was made. The imports look different to the USA guitars. For example compare the position of the tuning machines on any USA Ovation to the picture posted above. There's quite a few other subtle differences. This guitar is definately a Celeb
