AL, you mentioned that you have some textured top Adamas models, and that there is not alot of interest shown for them. I was wondering, what Ovation models do you sell the most of? What models are people most interested in? Thanks

The elite T gets a lot of interest. I have sold a few of them.

The CVT and SMT get a ton of interest because they are the Adamas models that people see on the website and in the stores. Since the textured top guitars are only know about by the "true believers" the average consumer knows nothing about them.

The collector's editions always have a buzz when they come out. Since they are new every year people are interested in what innovation or type of top them may have.

The legend shallow bowl in black is the Guitar craft model, people interested in that style look for those guitars since they are recommended as being able to take the tuning and are very consistent.

The melissa models have interest because of her affilation and because the guitars are very pretty.

Well this is all from my perspective and from my customer base. Your mileage may vary as well as the mileage of other vendors.

i hope this answers your questions

Al,
This may sound like a silly question, but what is a "guitar craft model"?
Thanks

Guitar Craft is a way of study, appraoch and tuning the guitar that was developed by Robert Fripp. He did not discover the tuning but uses it in his method.

I refer to the black shallow bowl legend as the guitar craft model because that is the one that Fripp recommends the students use.
