Man, I heard harmonics and tones out of that thing I have never heard out of any other guitar. I played one of my favorite tunes "He" by Jars of Clay on it and it sounded fabulous. This song is in EABEBE and capoed to the third fret. Very drone like sound and the bass felt do nice! Having the tuner meant the capoed intonation could be perfect! What an awesome guitar. Now I just have to figure out what guitar I am going to get to compliment it.

Joined: November 2002 Posts: 266 Location: Tampa, Florida | Okay, I've been dinking around on it a little bit. I have a ? about the XLR out. I have a standard XLR to XLR mic cord. I plugged it into the mic channel of my amp and got nothing. Only when I plugged the 1/4in guitar cord into the guitar (not plugged into the amp) did the preamp power up and I got sound. The 1/4 to 1/4 works fine. What's up? Never mind. I read the owner's manual (duh). Have to have phantom power? What does a "ground to shell" connection look like? http://www.ovationguitars.com/?fa=electronics0

If I read correctly, you should be able to make your XLR connection work with a standard cable as long as a 1/4" cable is plugged in. Glad to see the new baby arrived!

You'd need to have the file somewhere on your computer (either hard drive, CD, etc.), following the Gallery instructions, you'd would upload the file(s) from your computer onto the OFC server. No e-mail. No attachments.
