Thought you guys might be interested to know that country singer Aaron Tippin was in New Hartford last week taping a segment for his Made In America series that he said is scheduled to air tomorrow 11/12 on GAC Network. The show is on from 4-5pm EST and repeats on Saturday afternoon.Aaron has played Ovation products for quite a few years and has stuck with them. If you get a chance, tune in as he works his way through the factory.

Cliff, GAC is that bad taste you get in the back of your mouth from GAS. Actually, GAC is a country music cable channel that about 15% of the US gets. In Phoenix neither cable, DirecTV or Dish network get it.

Hopefully someone on this board will step up and record it to DVD, burn copies and sell them to us for the cost of the blank disc plus shipping. It may be illegal, but I don't consider it a copyright infringement based on the fact that my local provider is violating my constitutional rights by discriminating against me for living in an area of the country that has no access to GAC.

Sounds like a great idea to me. Heck, even if someone records it to vhs and sells it to Fanclub members for the cost of the tape-it would be worth it.
Illegal?? wouldn't you have to be pirating the copies for profit to make it illegal?

My parents get GAC in Tyler Texas- But I'm not sure who gets it here in NC.
I would get my parents to tape it-but My Dads going in the hospital tomorrow and will be in for a while for Open Heart Surgury.
So it looks like even though I'm flying into Tyler Tomorrow Morning-I'll miss it too!

Just got word that our cable bill is going up again.... almost $100 a month for.... What's that Clapton song? "52 Channels and nothing On"

We don't even get HBO or any of the other "premium" channels.

Miles - $100 ???? Wow, I pay only $40 for DirectTV a two system package with TIVO (skip all commercials). The HW cost me $100 up front.

Hey, how many porno movies can you rent for $100 a month. Not that any of us would know or even want to know ....
