Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | This is interesting. The model number would be correct, for a Typhoon IV Fretless in the color of black. It seems in the picture to have the tag still in it. |

Location: Las Vegas | I have one of these, only it came fretted. I think he reversed the picture though; I've e-mailed him and will let everyone know when I find out if it really is a Lefty.

Location: Phoenix AZ | Yes, the orientation of the poles on the pickups is reversed. So either Ovation made custom left handed pickups (which I doubt), or more likely the photo is reversed. Interesting bass, none the less. Dave |

Location: Las Vegas | Just heard from the seller... yes, the bass picture is reversed, the bass is a RIGHTY, identical to the one I got of eBay on 10-25 for $411.29 (only fretless), and the pickups are not original; he had La Failina put their pickups into the Ovation housing, because La Failina told him the Ovation pickups were unfixable (probably a business-boosting claim on their part, whoever they are... nothing at all in Google.)
So now we know!
