hi y'all, plugged in my 1537 elite for the first time in awhile last night,i noticed that the out put for strings 1,3&5 was noticeably lower than strings 2,4&6.maybe i had'nt noticed this before as this guitar is rarely plugged in,and yes i did have the mono out plugged in,even tried the stereo out,i did a search of this site before posting, and did'nt find anything to help me.one other thing i found during my search and looking at other 1537's my guitar dosnt have the markers for the volume\tone controls which should be the same as the fret markers.did some models not have them? serial#301241,1983??? thanx john

First thing to do is change the battery. I'm pretty sure there's a trim-pot for each set of 3 strings inside the preamp.
